How to prepare Chop suey
An all time favourite
The asian classic Chop Suey recipe is a must-have recipe for every kitchen. You’ll be done in a couple of minutes and your plate will be full of tasty vegetables.
STEP 1: Clean and cut the vegetables and chop the Garlic and onion and put aside.
STEP 2: Heat the frying pan, add the cooking oil, add the garlic and onion and stir until it’s golden brown.
STEP 3: Add carrots, green beans, broccoli and stir until half cooked then add cabbage, bell pepper and mushroom.
STEP 4: Add all seasoning and a little bit of salt for taste.
STEP 5: Mix cornstarch and water well.
STEP 6: Put in to the middle of the frying pan and stir nicely and serve.
Ingredients for Chop Suey Recipe Serves 4 people
This is what you will need
200 g Green beans
1 Carrots
1/4Cabbage
1/4 Broccoli
1/4 Cauliflower
200 g Mushrooms
1 red onion
3 4 cloves Garlic
1 Bell pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch
Cooking oil
Salt
Pepper
Sauce:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbspSesame oil
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Ground pepper
Ground cumin
