How to prepare Cinnamon Rolls
Serves 20 people
Everyone loves a good cinnamon roll. These sweet and tasty snacks are easy to make, even in large quantities. Taste the cinnamon goodness yourself by following this easy cinnamon rolls recipe!
Dough:
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Filling & Finish:
STEP 1: Cut the dough in two and roll so its approximately 1cm high.
STEP 2: Spread the filling to the edges and roll it up.
STEP 3: Cut each roll into 20 pieces.
STEP 4: Put the pieces on a tray and let it raise for 40 minutes.
STEP 5: Paint the pieces with egg yolk or milk.
STEP 6: Bake for 8-10 minutes at 225 degrees.

This is what you will need
100g Butter
5 dl – 1/2 Liter Milk
40g or 3 tbsp yeast
1.5dl white sugar
2 tbsp cardamon powder
800g flour
0.5 tbsp salt
Filling:
150g butter
2 dl sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Egg yolk or milk for glazing
