A classic deep fried dumplings recipe with a vegetarian filling. We all crave some deep-fried snacks from time to time. And now they are healthier than ever!

STEP 1 Grind the beans, and mix with finely cut garlic, onion, coriander and bell pepper. Add the eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper next.

STEP 2 Take a small scoop or tablespoon for 1 wrapper and make sure it’s closed nicely.

STEP 3 Deep fry the wrapper until golden brown.

12 Dumpling wrappers

1 Can brown beans

1 stalk Coriander

1 Onion

2-3 Cloves of garlic

1 Bell pepper

1 Spring onion

Ground pepper Salt
