How to prepare Focaccia Bread
Serves 15 people
Any good meal deserves some delicious bread to go with it. This focaccia bread recipe is surprisingly easy to follow and can be combined with all kinds of dishes!
STEP 1 Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add the other ingredients.
STEP 2 Let the dough raise for 1 hour.
STEP 3 Put the dough in a tray and let it raise for another 30 minutes.
STEP 4 Mix all the topping ingredients and spread it over the dough.
STEP 5 Preheat the oven at 225 degrees and bake the bread for 30 minutes.
STEP 6 Sprinkle rock salt on top of the bread.

1 lt. water
4.5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp yeast
1.5 tbsp salt
0.5 tbsp rosemary
0.5tbsp thyme leaves
1.5 kg flour
Topping:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme leave
0.5 tbsp ground pepper
Chopped garlic
