How to prepare fried rice

WITH VEGETABLES

When starting your day with some veggie-rich fried rice, you just know it’s going to be a great one. A fried egg on the side and you’re ready to face anything! This fried rice with vegetables recipe is easy to follow and even easier to make in large quantities!

STEP 1: Chop the garlic and onion and cut the carrot and beans in small pieces.

STEP 2: Fry the rice and put aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add garlic, onion, carrot and green beans.

STEP 3: Add the kidney beans, sweet corn bell pepper, salt and pepper. Mix all with the fried rice

Ingredients for the fried rice with vegetables recipe serves 4 people

This is what you will need

3 cups Cooked rice

1 whole Garlic

1 Onion 

1/2 can whole sweet corn

Carrot – chop cubes style

100 g Green beans

100 g drained red kidney beans

1/2 Bell pepper

1 tbsp Cooking oil

1/2 tsp ground Coriander

1/2 tsp Salt
