How to prepare PEANUT SAUCE

Perfect with steamed tofu or tumeric potatoes

This delicious peanut sauce recipe is a great accompaniment to a variety of dishes. From salad to stir fry’s, this sauce goes with them all.

STEP 1: Chop the garlic, onion, bell pepper, chili and spring onion finely.

STEP 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan and add garlic and onion, stir until golden brown.

STEP 3: Add peanut butter stir nicely, add all the rest of ingredients mix nicely.

STEP 4: Use the chopped spring onion as topping.

Ingredients for the peanut sauce recipe serves 4 people

This is what you will need

200g Peanut butter

1 Spring onion

1 Red onion

1 Bell pepper

3-4 pc Green chili

3 cloves Garlic

250 g Crushed chili

1/2 tsp Ground coriander

1/2 tsp Ground cumin

1 tsp Sesame seeds

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1-2tbsp Cooking oil

1/4 tsp Salt

1.4 tsp Ground pepper
