How to prepare pumpkin patties
These mouthwatering patties with cilantro are easy to make and delicious at the same time. This pumpkin patties recipe is great to combine with patitim as well.
STEP 1 Grate the pumpkin and chop onion and cilantro finely.
STEP 2 Mix these and add eggs, flour, bread crumbs, cumin and salt and pepper.
STEP 3 Form patties and roll them in a mix of bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
STEP 4 Warm up olive oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden.

1/2 bundle Fresh Cilantro (Coriander)
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Sesame seeds
23 tbsp Olive oil
