Vegetarian Siomai

How to prepare Vegetarian Siomai

A vegetarian twist on the classic siomai.

The siomai is an all-time favourite. Usually filled with chicken or fish, we replaced it with a combination of fresh vegetables and you end up with a delicious dish! Try the vegetarian siomai recipe now!

STEP 1 Grind the beans, chop all ingredients finely and mix together.

STEP 2 Put approximately 1/2 a tablespoon of the mix into each wrap and close it.

STEP 3 Steam the Siomai for about 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients for the vegetarian siomai recipe serves 4 people

This is what you will need

12 Siomai wrappers

200 g ground beans (brown or white) canned

1/2 Carrot

200 g grated Horseradish

1 stock Celery

1 Red onion

4 cloves Garlic

1/2 Bell pepper

1 Eggs yolk

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1 tsp Sesame oil

1 tbsp cilantro

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper
